Yin Yang Chinese Fresh Lumpia

I chanced upon this booth as I was shopping at the mall one time. Being a lover of fresh lumpia, I decided to check this out and try.
I ordered one each for hubby and me, then simply watched as they were prepared. Each was definitely well packed and filled.

I like my lumpia with lots of extra nuts, fresh garlic and bihon with seaweed bits.

... and lotsa sauce!

Truly a healthy dish for everyone, young and old, fresh lumpia as good as this is a welcome addition to the malls. Now I don't have to go to Binondo to curb my sudden cravings for lumpia.

Pork Jerky

A friend got this as a gift and I was glad she decided to share it with me.
Pork Jerky Blogged

Peeking inside the package reveals these paper thin sheets of delicious dried "pork" that are very crispy, that once you start munching on one, it is so hard to stop!

The only words that I could understand on the elegant packing and box were the words "Pork Jerky". But it certainly is easy to understand why this was given as a gift. Crispylicious!

Pasig RainForest Park

Pasig Rainforest Park
It was a huge surprise for us to find this amazing park right in the heart of Pasig! People from Pasig ought to be proud of this! It is huge.. well kept... well designed... and it is FREE for everyone, even for those who aren't Pasig dwellers!

Pasig Rainforest Park
I love seeing new places and getting high with my camera. The photos below are the proofs.

My pictures didn't even capture half the vastness of the Pasig Rainforest. You just have to visit it to see for yourself. Go for a walk... or just jog... play sports... have a picnic... or just admire the zoo animals... a visit to the park is definitely worth it.

Panciteria San Jacinto

Although it has been an old family tradition for others to dine at Panciteria San Jacinto, it was a first time for me that day.
Panciteria San Jacinto

The place has gotten a fresh new facelift mixing the look of the old Manila Chinatown and the taste and feel of American country charm.

And of course, the food, they said, has remained the same. Freshly cooked, hot and delicious.

It was a feast! Old timers and new fans of Panciteria San Jacinto would surely be happy with the new changes in the place and will keep coming back for seconds.
