Sumatra Dark Roast remains as one of our favorites among Starbucks' beans. Grind no. 7 for me, please. I got a fresh bag today and almost didn't recognize it because of its new packaging. :)
I always check out the chilled section of SM Hypermart for stuff like these. I dont enjoy peeling and slicing fruits. Nor buying fruits in bulk. So for people like me, I think these packed fruits are great finds. Not only do they provide me the ease and convenience of enjoying my fruits in a snap; they also let me enjoy an assortment of fruits every single day. Plus, they are definitely not bad for the price.
I trust everything that 7-11 puts its name on. And this new salad bowl I had the other day didn't break that trust. The flavor of the tuna and the egg blended well with their dressing. And the vegetables are crisp. And best of all, their croutons are crunchy and toasted well. This is one delicious treat. And healthy, too!
I love Bonchon. And this taco would have been perfect for my taste if not for the salad/kimchi topping they slathered. It was too spicy for me. Maybe I could have them hold it next time.
I saw this on the grocery shelf last week and have been wondering how different this is from the Speculoos Cookie Butter of Trader Joe's we tried before. I just might give this one a try, too. I hope this is less cinnamon-y than TJ's.
I love tocino. Serve it to me for breakfast, lunch and dinner and you'll make me one big happy tummy. :) So when I saw this packet at the grocery shelf the other day from my trusted brand, Mama Sita's, I grabbed a pack right away.
From the frying pan to the plate.
My not-so-homemade-tocino turned out really well! It doesn't have the bloody red color and the strong chemical taste of commercially prepared grocery brands I settle for. I shall surely try this on chicken wings next time. I can't wait!
Nothing beats a mug of hot coffee to kick off your day! I rarely order mine from the counter because I like making my own coffee. My coffee, my taste. I find extra thrill in watching my coffee come to life before me; at the same time, I just love how it fills my kitchen with that smell of a freshly brewed pot! (I do buy my beans regularly from Starbucks, though.)
We tried Pepper Lunch at SM Aura located at their Food Court on the 4th floor some time last month.
I have to admit that I am not a regular Pepper Lunch visitor in their restaurant outlets. So I couldn't tell how much different their food was at the express branch from their restau branch. But I have to say that at this express branch, the service size could be bigger. Or maybe this is exactly the reason they call these food court branches of theirs Express. :)
I saw this on the shelves of SM Hypermart last week when I did my groceries and I got curious. I just might try this one of these days to see for myself.
I am not quite sure if they still have this set lunch package on their menu, but when we dined there some time last year, we enjoyed this entire set of meal for just a little over a thousand pesos. It even came with drinks! It is quite a steal, I would say. :)
Yakitori One is probably one of the more affordable dining places you can find in SM Aura. If you love anything Japanese and barbecue and sweet, then this is the place to be. I do. It is.
