If you like movies with : assassinations... terrorism... deception... bombings... car chases, shootings... this is the movie for you. The movie has a unique narrative style wherein the story is told from different perspectives.

Jollibee Ice Craze

When Jollibee's Saba Con Yelo failed to make a comeback this summer, I decided to try their Mais Con Yelo instead. And I am glad I did.

Corn bits and cornflakes... great combination! I didn't think I would like it but I really did!

Bathed in creamy milky goodness and cooled by shaved ice... this is one summer treat I pamper myself with every chance I get (which is almost always). It does help cool off the summer heat these days!

I'll keep coming back for more for sure.... until the heat lets up.

Dolor's Sapin-Sapin

I was not much of a "kakanin" fan.... until.. I met Dolor's Sapin Sapin! A friend of ours from Malabon took Mon and me to the original Dolor's years back and we were fans since then.

We couldn't enjoy it as often as we wanted to, though, because Malabon is so far away from our place. That is why I was so thrilled to see an outlet of Dolor's Kakanin open very near our place last year! Yey!

These colors are unmistakably the Filipino's sapin sapin.

Packets of budbud come with it... I call them the wet and the dry. They add flavor and texture to the sapin sapin.

Slice it up any way you want, every bite is just bursting with different textures and flavors with that extra sweet creaminess in your mouth, believe me!

For me, it is not sapin-sapin if it is not Dolor's.
