Biscocho Haus

For BloggingFor Blogging
Among the biscochos I have tried, this one from Jaro, Iloilo's Biscocho Haus is by far the best. It has just the right crunch to ever bite...... and that lightly creamy taste that seems to tickle your palate... and that subtle sweetness that is enough to satisfy one's craving for sweets.

I hope to check out tiangge's in the Metro in the hope of finding a stall that sells Biscocho Haus biscocho. And to my Ilonggo friends out there, next time you trek home and back, you now know what I want for pasalubong.

  1. I'll have to check and see if they have biscocho in the local Pinoy groceries here. One of my fav when I was a kid.
