Cake pops are the cutest things in dessertlandia these days. I purposely visited Starbucks just so I could try some. Three variants were available that day... the pink, the brown and the white ones. I was pretty sure the brown one was Rocky Road, but I forgot to ask what the pink and the white ones were called.
All the cake pops I bought were made of chocolate cake and were very very sweet! I was surprised that the icing wasn't brittle nor crumbly, but soft. The cake was very moist and chewy.
It was most certainly a sugar rush with every nibble... every bite. It was way too sweet for me. But it was fun to try.

ReplyDeletehi, pinkc00kies! id say they are yummy. pero warning lang on the sweetness level. sobrang sweeeeet! one was really enough to last me a day! hahaha... my fave was the white one. the creamy white icing somehow complemented the chocolate cake.
