Goldilocks Brazo de Mercedes

This is probably one of the cakes I have always seen since I was a little girl. Another one of Goldilocks classic treats, I always get a half roll every now and then of Brazo de Mercedes.


Goldilocks boxes now open on the side, for easy slipping in and out of what's left of the cake and storing in the ref. That's if there is any more left.


This is Mon's favorite. While mine is the chocolate roll. So I buy them alternately so we will both be happy.


Through the years, Goldilocks Brazo de Mercedes has stayed as deelish as ever. Still with the spongy soft outer white layer and the sweet creamy yummy yellow core... no wonder it is still rules.

  2. g_mirage, it is the plain classic brazo... havent tried the ube. meron pala nun? anyway, nainis pa ako yesterday when i bought it kasi the expiry is so soon... 3 days lang. yun pala, one day pa lang, ubos na namin ni mon. hahaha...

    si hubby ang mahilig dyan. kakabili ko, nagustuhan mo na din... try mo din. malay mo magustuhan mo din... ;-)

  11. haha...no worries on expiration date...di aabot! kami din ubos agad, whole roll pa...Langka and ube yung choices namin, pero try ko nga uli yung walang flavor parang nakalimutan ko na...=D My 'puti' friends like this too. yes, masarap din frozen mejo delikado sa ipin haha. TC!

  14. paulding, your right! mas maganda naman ang brazo de gita kesa sa brazo de mercedes! hehehe.. kaya lang baka akalain ng lahat kasing taba ng braso ko ang roll.. sige na nga, si mercedes na lang. ;-)
