Eng Bee Tin's Special Spring Rolls

I was in Waltermart, Makati, the other day to get my hubby and myself some Eng Bee Tin hopia and I saw this interesting pack of finger-food at their deli. It looked good and appetitizing so I decided to get one pack.

Crispy, spicy and tasty... pretty good stuff for snacks. And they're pretty cute... they're even more tiny than our lumpiang shanghai at home! I dipped these in ketchup/catsup and they blended perfectly!

u8mypinkcookies, natuwa lang ako when i saw it. i was paying for my hopia when it caught my eye... some are medyo matigas to bite, pero masarap silang appetizer or pica pica stuff. something different...
