Vigan Longganisa

Vigan longganisa with egg helped us welcome the new day of the new year. This was today's breakfast after all the partying and celebrating during the holiday season. It was a bit on the sour timpla, but the spices and the garlic blended well to give it its distinct taste.

This was today's breakfast.... very Pinoy, simple but power-packed, and hopefully, just how the coming year will be for all of us.

Kain na!

  13. I had Vigan longganisa when I went to Vigan (nyeh!), but it looked different - darker ang color. I didn't like it. But the ones you had look scrumptious... yum!
