Buddy's Pancit Lucban

I do not wonder anymore why there is always a long line at Buddy's Pancit Lucban branch at the outdoor dining area of Market Market. I do not wonder anymore why they put up with the long wait while their pancit is prepared.

After Mon and I had this for lunch last week, everything was clearer to me now. Pancit this good is something to come back to every time.

Have you ever had vinegar dip with your pancit? Buddy's Lucban serves theirs with a small saucedish of their distinct suka. It blends so well with their pancit, sauteed with pechay, carrots and sayote, and those oh-so-good lechon kawali chunks!

This is one pancit Mon and I will always come back to for more.

  11. Thanks for the recommendation, Gita. I'll be home this Feb...and as regular Market-Market shoppers..that's good news to us! Hindi na lang puro bbq and halo-halo ang kakainin ko. can hardly wait! Ay, yung Dulceline din pala...I miss Pinoy food!

  12. Hmmm, the Pansit Lucban sounds very similar to Isabela's Pansit Cabagan. From the lechon kawali to the suka. The only difference I can see is that Pansit Cabagan has sliced hard boiled eggs and chives on top and less greens. It also has a bit of sauce. =)

  24. thick noodles sya.. parang dry version of lomi (but not as "dry" as the habhab) :) then loaded pa rin w/ noodles and pork. may special version na may pork and chicken..

    ReplyDelete
  25. try mo, doc :) para syang lomi coz of the thick noodles, mas dry lang na version.. pero dami rin halo na pork & veggies :) sakto pa nung natry ko last Fri., umuulan so perfect sa weather yung bagong luto na chami.
