Inasal Bacolod Chicken at SM Bicutan is the inasal chicken nearest us and luckily, it didn't disappoint. The interiors are cozy enough and bright.
These help make you enjoy your dish even more.
This is our favorite order: Pecho and garlic rice. Just perfect.
Inasal Chicken Bacolod is probably the next best to the original.
I like the paa. Nakakamiss yan. I don't really like adding salt to taste but somehow pag BCI, the condiments are a MUST. Did you try Ysabella's chicken? I did. I didn't like it as much.
ReplyDeleteem dy, pa din ang fave ko dati until my hubby introduced me to pecho... it is actually more malaman and though a bit dry, mas well cooked thru ang pecho. healthier daw o, kasi white meat kuno. ;-)

I love Chicken Inasal. There's something satisfying about biting into chicken that's slathered with vinegar and soy sauce.

ReplyDeleteI may be biased, Gita, but I think that when it comes to native chicken barbecue, nothing beats the one that comes from or is done Bacolod-style. :)
