Chicken Series Part II: Inasal Bacolod Chicken

After our Peri Peri Chicken experience, I just knew we had to go native again. I suddenly had the craving for that inasal flavor and goodness in our chicken.

Inasal Bacolod Chicken at SM Bicutan is the inasal chicken nearest us and luckily, it didn't disappoint. The interiors are cozy enough and bright.

Service is fast and courteous. The dishes are reasonably priced.

These help make you enjoy your dish even more.

Pucchi enjoyed playing hide and seek for a while while our food was being prepared.

This is our favorite order: Pecho and garlic rice. Just perfect.

Inasal Chicken Bacolod is probably the next best to the original.

  1. I like the paa. Nakakamiss yan. I don't really like adding salt to taste but somehow pag BCI, the condiments are a MUST. Did you try Ysabella's chicken? I did. I didn't like it as much.

  3. I love Chicken Inasal. There's something satisfying about biting into chicken that's slathered with vinegar and soy sauce.

Demn. I want some now *sobs*

  7. I may be biased, Gita, but I think that when it comes to native chicken barbecue, nothing beats the one that comes from or is done Bacolod-style. :)

I am not really a chicken lover but once in a while, I must get my fill of pecho and garlic rice.

    Happy holidays!
